Score Card Submission

 

​To ensure that you receive your connections promptly, it is essential that you hand in your scorecards at the end of the night. This step is crucial for facilitating the matching process. Without your scorecard, we won't be able to accurately pair you with your potential matches or send you the contact information of those who share a mutual interest. Please take a moment to complete and submit your scorecard to the event host before leaving. Your cooperation helps us make the event a success and maximizes your chances of finding a meaningful connection.

​​​Event Reschedule or Cancellation

In the rare situation where a balanced distribution of genders is not achievable, we retain the right to either reschedule or cancel the event. Adequate notice will be given in such cases. Although our target is to have an average of 12 participants for each gender, we may proceed with a minimum of 6 to 8 individuals for each category. We firmly believe that meeting 6 to 8 individuals of the opposite sex in one evening still offers a meaningful and enjoyable experience. Please be aware that, despite our diligent efforts to prevent such occurrences, same-day drop-outs and event no-shows may happen, and we appreciate your understanding in this regard.

Please be aware that all purchases are non-refundable. We adhere to a final sale policy for our Speed Dating Events, which rely on maintaining an equal ratio of male to female attendees for a balanced and enjoyable dating experience. Your ticket purchase is considered a final sale to ensure this equilibrium.
While we strive to accommodate our participants, we strongly encourage daters to approach their commitment to the event with thoughtfulness.
